Depth Of Field
Depth Of Field is the distance between the nearest and furthest objects. It can look sharp or blurred depending on what effect you are going for. A shallower depth of field, is when the background behind a photo, is blurry. A deeper depth is when the background is clear, so anything in front is blurred. The effect can be used whenever you want but most people like to amplify the most significant aspect within their picture.

Even though there's a medium depth of field, this is my worst image as there wasn't really a focus point and everything was just very blurry and unprofessional because there was just no direction or a main object to look at.

I really love the colour in the photo, it's as if it's going from dark to light. The focus point is the building in the background and the fence and building on the right and left hand side. Personally, having a deep depth of field was good for this image as opposed to having a medium and shallow depth of field.

Shallow Depth Of Field Medium Depth Of Field Deep Depth Of Field
The first image was shallow depth of field were the object was more noted, the medium is were you could slightly see the floor and the object and finally, the deep depth of field is seeing the background and everything in front of the image is blurry.
